Rows are Longevity — 'time spent working in a Position covered by this Agreement' (Art 2 ¶11) in one-year increments (Art 16.A.3). Column calendar fixed by two independent sources: the printed rule that adjustments take effect 'the first day of November (First month after the DOS)' (Art 16.A.1.i) and Allegiant's announcement that the first contract took effect on ratification, 2021-10-26. DOS/DOS+1 are the original 2021 scale; DOS+1.5 onward are the 2023 extension rates. Half-step columns are fully verified but their effective dates are not printed; the annual November columns are shown — between Novembers the operative rate may briefly be the half-step (≈0.5% higher).

The printed "$48 per calendar day" is the contract's own illustrative example of the $2.00/hr rate, not a separate benefit.

"The Company will provide ... reimbursement for tooling expenditures as provided for in the Maintenance Work Rules" — the dollar terms live in an external document this site has not verified. No shoe/boot allowance is printed.

Match structure: 100% of the first 3% of employee contributions plus 50% of the next 2% — maximum company match 4% of pay at a 5% employee contribution (Article 17.C.2).
