Envoy Air aircraft mechanic pay

Steps 1-9 escalate on DOS-anniversary columns (DOS = May 13, 2023; the agreement itself writes the convention as 'DOS+6 months'). Step 10 (top step — current printed top: $38.51 since Nov 2025, $39.67 from Nov 2026) is printed with its own November columns, month and year only: $35.24 at DOS, $36.30 Nov 2023, $37.39 Nov 2024, $38.51 Nov 2025, $39.67 Nov 2026. The agreement prints no day for those columns, so this page discloses that schedule rather than dating it as tables. Step progression: twelve months of service in each step within a classification (Article 4.2, p.15) — Step 1 = entry, Step 9 = 8 years in classification.

Printed max $3.00/hr: $1.50 first license + $1.50 second where required by the Company for the work performed (4.C.1). The premium IS included in PDO and holiday pay accruals; only overtime-rate compounding is excluded (4.C.2).

AMTs awarded base-maintenance-support-shop positions are considered Repairmen and receive no license premium except as provided in Letter K (4.C.1, pp.139-140).

Payable for actual hours worked.

Printed cap (11.J): no more than 2.0x base rate (excluding shift differentials) EXCEPT as provided in Article 6.D.2, under which holiday day-off overtime reaches 2.5x (on 1.5x work) or 3.0x (on 2x work) for the day. Day-off work (11.C): 1.5x on scheduled days off only after 40 hours (incl. CSW) in the workweek; 2.0x on the second or third scheduled day off requires the prior scheduled day off worked as overtime plus the 40-hour test; on a day off, double time begins after 8 hours (8-hr schedules) or 10 hours (10-hr schedules).

Two-employee staffing also applies when bulk or weight requires more than one person "in the interest of safety" (17.P).

Covers loss while traveling or working on an authorized field assignment. No safety-shoe or boot allowance is printed in this agreement.

Maximum resulting company contribution at 20+ complete years of service (100% match on a 7% employee contribution). Seniority tiers: years 1-4 = 50% match on 6% (max 3%); 5-9 = 70.8% (max 4.25%); 10-14 = 90% (max 5.4%); 15-19 = 100% (max 6%); 20+ = 100% on 7%.
