REGIONAL (American Eagle carrier). Columns are DOR-relative; DOR = date of ratification, 2023-09-07, per PSA's and IAM's announcements — corroborated arithmetically by the announced 13.74%-34% day-one increases matching the Current->DOR jumps in the table. The undated pre-ratification 'Current' column is not published. Recognition clause verified: this CBA covers PSA's mechanic and related workgroup (NMB certification quoted in Art. 1.B).

Printed combined-licenses maximum $4.25/hr — equal to the per-license schedule at DOR: Airframe $2.12 + Powerplant $2.13. Avionics Technician premium $4.25 at DOR (starred conditions in Article 25.C; pre-DOR column printed $4.00, Powerplant $2.00). Entitlement: a premium is paid for each license the employee is required to hold AND uses in the performance of duties.

Article 25.C rates are printed MINIMUMS ('the minimum rates paid for all premiums. The Company may raise these rates'). Second shift = schedule starting after 1200; third shift = schedule starting after 2000 (preponderance-of-hours rule applies).

Lead/RII (Required Inspection Item qualified) $2.75/hr. Premiums are paid over the A&P scale rate.

The rest period "will be away from the work site" as printed.

Uniforms, rain gear, parka/coveralls and OSHA-required PPE are supplied at Company cost with zero dollar figures (Art. 16); toolbox loss is handled case-by-case "upon presentation of receipts" with no printed cap (24.F).

Matched at 50% (both readers' printed parentheticals, Article 19.A.2). Employee contribution matched up to: 4% of compensation after 6 months of service, 6% after 6 years, 8% after 12 years, 10% after 15 years (maximum company match 5%). Company contributions vest at 3 years.

Company non-elective contribution of 2% of compensation — no employee contribution required.
