All four wage columns are printed with explicit effective dates; the 2026/2027/2028 columns also print their increase percentages (2.0%/2.0%/2.5%). Rates are keyed to Classification Seniority. Printed combined rate for employees holding more than one License and/or Certificate: $5.50/hr ($2.75 per license), effective May 6, 2025 through May 5, 2029. Scheduled increase May 6, 2029: $3.00 each, $6.00 combined (25.D.2).
